Eden Valley Rebranding
Led a successful rebranding initiative for Eden Valley, a mental health agency in Burlington, Vermont, resulting in a 1,033% increase in patient enrollment and significantly enhanced community engagement. The goal was to create a brand identity that communicated trust, professionalism, and comfort, essential for a mental health service provider.
Facing challenges like low community engagement, a crowded market, and the need to build credibility quickly, we crafted a masterful identity. The creative strategy focused on a calming aesthetic with warm, neutral tones and a new name, 'Eden Valley,' designed to evoke trust and safety.

The rebranding led to a 15x increase in daily inquiries and over 1000% surge in online engagement. These results not only boosted patient enrollment but also enabled the agency to expand its operations by hiring eight new staff members. The new brand identity established Eden Valley as a trusted mental health resource in the community.
